All sales final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges accepted. 

Due to extraordinary levels of fraud on third-party marketplace, all of our orders are recorded under packaging camera with contents in full display. "Missing" and "incorrect" item claims will be reviewed against this camera footage. Claims found to be fraudulent will be reported with this evidence to the third party marketplace which can result in the termination of your account. We reserve the right to additionally file a criminal complaint with Burlington Police. Do not make false reports to third-party marketplaces. 

Submitting a "chargeback"/dispute with your financial institution will be treated as theft of goods and criminal charges will be filed. Please note that a bank call center employee who handles a card dispute does not have legal authority to absolve debt.
