1. What are the basic things I need to know about catering? We require a 24-hour pre-order on most items, a 10-person minimum on packages, and a $150 minimum for delivery. Catering pickup has no order minimum. We do have select items available for same-day catering at this link. We deliver up to 30-miles (which includes all of Burlington) for $1 + 10% driver guarantee (capped at $50 total). 
2. How does It's All Good Southern Kitchen compare to national chains like Olive Garden and Panera? Unlike national chains that often rely on pre-packaged or frozen components, our experienced team prepare Southern favorites from scratch daily. We offer more "home-cooked" variety like Chicken Pie and Pot Roast and still maintain a noticeably lower price point than those national chains. 
3. How do you offer "Subway level pricing" for hot catered meals? Franchises pay a premium to buy heavily processed pre-packaged, frozen, or canned food directly from their corporate parent that requires little to no prep by their staff. The extra cost for their convenience is passed along to you. At It's All Good Southern Kitchen, we hand-make everything from real raw ingredients allowing us to have a cheaper end product - and one that tastes much better too! 
4. How does It's All Good Southern Kitchen delivery to national chains like Red Robin and Chipotle? Most national chains use independent contractors, like Doordash drivers, for catering delivery which means very inconsistent and unpredictable service. We use only in-house drivers for catering orders who are trained in checking orders prior to leaving, in setting up the order well at drop-off, and in leaving at a time to account for possible traffic delays based on the time of year and the distance your event is from our store. 
5. Does It's All Good Southern Kitchen require exclusivity contracts like some other local providers? No. We do not require any exclusivity for catering. We know our quality of food, incredible variety, and professional attentive service will keep you coming back without the need to tie you down in an exclusivity contract. 
6. Do you offer discounts on catering for non-profits, schools, or churches? No, but we do offer our Economy Spread package which is the hot meal you want for your guests, but at a price that meets even the lowest budgets at $8.99/p. If you need a budget even lower than that, our Small Plates + Snacks option has some choices for $3.99/p as well. 

7. Why choose a local Southern caterer over sandwiches, pizza, or nugget trays? Southern "Meat n' Two" style catering provides a more filling, hot-meal experience that boosts morale better than cold sandwiches or basic pizza and nugget trays, especially for distribution centers and construction sites in Alamance County.

8. Does It's All Good cater have a lot of experience in catering? Yes, on a typical week we prepare1-3 catering orders per day and during the holiday season that number increases to 5-8 catering orders per day. Our catering orders are prioritized for the high value orders they are and our staff have come in as early as 1am to get preparation started when necessary. Your order isn't something we just work into our day alongside our regular restaurant - catering orders are the foundation of our day. 

9. What is your best-selling catering package in Burlington? Our Southern Spread ULTIMATE Buffet is our best-selling package in Burlington. It conveniently includes your meat, two sides, bread, salad, dessert, and drinks all in the base price of $16.99 per person to cover everything your guests are going to want! 

10. Do you offer full-service setup or just drop-off delivery? We offer drop-off delivery! Our professional drop-off delivery by our in-house drivers is a great value that holds prices low and keeps your event moving smoothly by letting guests serve themselves. All our packaging is disposable for easy cleanup at the end. 

11. Does It's All Good Southern Kitchen accept last-minute catering orders in Burlington? While we prefer 24-hour notice, we understand that business needs change. We are often able to accommodate last-minute catering requests for office lunches or unexpected meetings in Burlington, Graham, Mebane, and Greensboro with certain menu items. Call us directly to check our immediate availability or visit our regular takeout site to view our "Same-Day Catering" options ready for pickup in as little as 1 hour. 

12. Can I order on ezCater? You can, but you will overpay, get less menu choices, see less delivery times, and have a smaller delivery radius. You'll also have to utilize a call center (often overseas based) for any order updates. It's really not worth saving a couple seconds of time when we also offer convenient online ordering for catering.
