1. Do you offer drop-off delivery or full-service buffet setup for church events? We provide drop-off catering using disposable chafing dishes. This keeps our prices affordable to stay under-budget! We can deliver up to a 30-mile radius from our storefront location in Burlington. 

2. Can you accommodate large congregations and church budgets? Absolutely. Whether you are planning an intimate deacon board meeting of 20 people or a large-scale church banquet for 200+ guests, we have the capacity and experience to serve your flock. We offer customizable catering packages designed to respect your church's budget while delivering generous, high-quality portions.

3. Do you provide vegetarian or allergy-friendly options for church members? Yes. We know that feeding a diverse congregation means navigating various dietary needs. We have a dedicated Dietary Restrictions section at the bottom of our online catering menu that can help guide you in serving common dietary needs so everyone is welcome at the table.

4. How far in advance should we book catering for a Sunday service or weekend event? For Monday - Saturday events, we only require a 24-hour notice. For Sunday, please call us at 336-226-0791 as we have a larger order minimum since we're not normally open on Sundays. 

5. Do you deliver to church fellowship halls and off-site ministry retreats? Yes, our team is highly experienced in coordinating drop-off buffets at traditional church fellowship halls, as well as off-site locations like Cornerstone Conference for the IPHC. Whether you are hosting a luncheon right near Burlington City Park or organizing a weekend youth retreat out toward Whitsett or Greensboro, we ensure your Southern comfort food arrives hot and on time across our entire service area. 

6. How does our church planning committee place a catering order? We make it easy for your event coordinators or hospitality ministry to get the process started. Simply create your order on our catering site and submit. 

7. Do you accommodate tax-exempt status for church organizations? Yes, we regularly partner with religious organizations and non-profits. We understand the importance of being good stewards of your church's budget. Simply provide your tax-exempt documentation when finalizing your event details with our team, and we will ensure your final invoice reflects your status.

8. How do you ensure the quality of service for large church events? We treat every event like we are cooking for our own family. To maintain our high standards of Southern hospitality, we actively collect post-event feedback from our clients to ensure every dish and interaction was exceptional. Our commitment to continuous improvement means your congregation will always receive our very best.
