caterME Reward Terms​

  • Approval required. Applications are manually reviewed and will be sent an approval or disapproval notification within 72 hours. caterME rewards are a loyalty program only available to business and organization accounts - individuals ordering holiday family size takeout and other family size takeout (such as wedding catering) do not qualify. You must provide a history of prior business/organization catering order(s) and a business/organization-affiliated email address to verify. If you are contacted by our direct marketing, you will be provided a code to prove business/organization affiliation instead of an order history. 

  • Online ordering at our direct catering website required. Phone-in or in-store placed orders do not qualify. Third-party marketplace orders do not qualify. Regular takeout/delivery orders, including same-day catering, via our takeout website do not qualify. 

  • 10x (10%) Amazon.com rewards

    • Online ordering at our direct catering website required. Phone-in or in-store placed orders do not qualify. Third-party marketplace orders do not qualify. Regular takeout/delivery orders, including same-day catering, via our takeout website do not qualify. 

    • Provided via e-gift card to the email address provided on the order checkout page within 24-48 hours after the delivery/pickup is completed and payment is received. For security, we are unable to redirect rewards to any other email address. If you arrange for non-electronic payment as required by your organization, rewards are sent after payment is received. Payments received after 30 days from the delivery date will incur late fees (10% of order subtotal) and be ineligible for rewards. Please ensure your organization provides timely payment. 

    • Reward is calculated on the food subtotal; additional charges such as delivery fee, service fees, custom fees, gratuity, and sales tax are not included in calculation. 

    • Certain items may be excluded from 10x Amazon.com rewards and will be clearly labeled as such. 

    • Same-day catering does not qualify for 10x Amazon.com rewards and is run on a separate platform. 

    • Cannot be retroactively applied to past orders, including those placed during the approval process of the caterME application. 

    • 10x (10%) Amazon.com rewards can be alternatively redeemed in 10% off subtotal by pre-written and approved email request. In such a case, you will be provided a unique code. The unique code will be linked to your account; sharing the code without our express, written consent will constitute fraud and invalidate your account entirely. No account using a 10% discount code will receive 10% Amazon.com rewards until a pre-written and approved opt-out of 10% discount is processed. 

    • Very large (250+ guests) orders may qualify for custom pricing if you contact us directly. Custom pricing will invalidate 10% Amazon.com rewards offer on that specific order. 

    • Filing a chargeback with your credit card provider against a catering, even if by  mistake, will permanently disqualify your account for caterME rewards as these are time-intensive matters for us to resolve. Please ensure your organization competently accounts for its expenditures. 

  • tipBACK Bonus Rewards​​

    • Our drivers work hard to provide you a quality, accurate, and on-time experience that includes setup on every order. Catering is intense work and we're disappointed that most caterings don't tip our drivers at all. In fact, as a ratio of gross catering sales in 2020, gratuity rates are a total of just 2% - that's equivalent to leaving a $0.50 tip for a server after enjoying a $25 meal. Instead of add an additional service charge; we'd rather pay-it-forward to those who help keep our drivers motivated. Drivers receive 100% of gratuity. Delivery fees are necessary to cover increased operational costs associated with delivery (liability insurance, vehicle maintenance, fuel, etc.) and are not received by the driver. 

    • Additional perk will be delivered via email and may require a response back. Perk types will vary. 

    • Same-day catering does not qualify. 

    • Perks will vary in amount based on order frequency and gratuity. Minimum qualifying activities to qualify for program described below: 

    • Minimum Qualifying activities: ​

      • Frequency Requirement: Complete at least $250 in catering order(s) per month (

      • Gratuity Requirement: Post a driver gratuity of at least 10% on each order when submitted (cash gratuity cannot be tracked and therefore is not eligible) in the month.  

  • Marketing opt-in required. The email address you enter will receive receipts, the Amazon.com rewards, and catering specific marketing emails which will include additional tipBACK rewards if you meet the qualifying activities outlined above. 

  • Same-day catering

    • Does not qualify for 10% Amazon.com rewards.

    • Subject to 5mi maximum radius, only includes items on our everyday menu, and is fulfilled by third-party delivery.

    • Warning: third party delivery drivers are subcontractors who are empowered to reject any order based on factors including gratuity which they will see prior to accepting your order. Subpar gratuity will delay driver assignment and we are unable to accept responsibility for delays related to poor gratuity as we already pay the network's required delivery fees on your behalf. Driver base pay from the third party network is $3 and we are unable to change this to improve your driver assignment speed. Minimum expected gratuity for quick assignment is $5 in normal weather conditions; $8 in poor weather conditions.
